Filler Delay
A subtle delay that helps to add warmth and sustain without necessarily being heard. Smear is all the way up, and the filter knob is above noon for a bit of a darker, warmer sound.
Slappy Buckets
A bucket brigade type slapback delay for country-style playing. The filter knob is up to darken the repeats a bit, along with a touch of modulation.
Solo Tape
A great tape delay for soaring solos and big lead lines.
Dotted
This is a clean, digital dotted eighth delay for U2-esque and praise & worship type parts. Filter, Grit, and Mod controls are all the way off, and I've cut all frequencies below 80Hz to retain clarity.
Spacey Raunch
A digital delay with a good bit of grit and modulation that degrades the repeats and almost has a slight chorused sound. I mainly use this when playing distorted guitar parts to make things sound even bigger and raunchy.
Diamond Digital
This preset I use when playing diamonds as a way to add warmth and help the part seem bigger when needed. It pairs great with my Bloomin Diamonds BigSky preset.
Dual Digs
A nice dual delay set to parallel mode to provide some cool stereo ping-pong bounciness to parts. Delay 1 is a quarter note and delay 2 is an eighth note.
Swellomatic
A delay setting that automatically swells into notes. Very helpful if you want to save space and not put a volume pedal on your board. Also great live, as it lets you play swell parts while roaming the stage. Pairs nicely with my BigSky Swell Cloud preset.
Reversall
A reverse delay that helps create trippy soundscapes. I use it for pad-like, ethereal parts and love it for creative intros or outros in a live setting.
Icy Raindrops
This is an eighth note delay with an octave up on the repeats. It adds a splashy, textural element to guitar parts without being too overbearing. Try swelling into a big chord with this for organ-esque sounds.
Vintage Vibe
This lofi delay preset will take you back in time. It works nicely with picking or arpeggiated parts. The degradation and vinyl dust noise only occur on the delay repeats, so your clean guitar tone stays intact.
