My go to patch. Useful with either Precision (my preferred) or Jazz style basses, this is the patch I've used on 75% of my live and recorded work.

Monster
For those times when you need to go just one step farther than drive & a pick can take you. Also useful to cover a wide open Moog sound in a pinch.

What more can I say? Delay, baby!

Common Ground
Overdrive and a flanger. I made this to use for a staccato moving line that was following a guitar part, but have found it to be useful for all sorts of parts with a lot of movement.

Plunky Boy
A personal favorite, I like to use this one on a short scale bass with old strings. Great for when you need to do a more plunky thing - ie. Jamerson.

Mute
We all need one sometimes. For soundchecks, first verses, altar calls, or when management is slow to pay. Especially useful if the HX Stomp is being used without a standalone tuner. The built in tuner has a 3 second delay to turn on, which isn’t ideal when needing to move quick (bass change, Moog part, etc). Some would say it is a bit cheeky to include, but it’s something I use all the time.
